For sure! We accept unworn and unwashed items on their original packaging. Please enclose the receipt. Mail back your item with your return form filled out and included in your package. As soon as we receive your returned package, you’ll get a special email from us. You are responsible for shipping fees. Backbone does not provide a return label. We also don’t refund shipping fees.

You can make changes after your order is placed, but we aim to pack & dispatch your order as fast as possible, so we do suggest contacting us ASAP with order changes.
